Instructions To Apply:
1. Print and complete the one-page Application Form. Turn in the Application Form to the SHS Guidance Office to establish your Heldman Scholarship confidential file as soon as possible.
2. Print and distribute three Recommendation Forms to a teacher, a coach, and a teammate.
(Note: You may need to check with them later that the required Recommendation Forms have been sent to the SHS Guidance Office in a timely manner, no later than deadline posted on the homepage.)
3. Complete your Personal Statement. Turn in your Personal Statement to the SHS Guidance Office by due date.
